The breakfast plate of my dreams. Easy enough to make on a weekday. Yes, that’s right, a weekday! Anything is doable if you have a few staples in your fridge – aka – pre roasted or cut vegetables & epic sauces that enhance a regular old dish into something incredible. Recipe 👇🏼 . . . Make ahead – 1) Cilantro Sunshine Sauce (on the blog) 2) @freshrestaurants Hot Sauce (purchase the book, 'super fresh’ for the recipe) or use your favourite type of hot sauce instead! 3) Rub a small sweet potato with olive oil, season with salt and wrap in tin foil.
